Roseville Crime Stoppers is offering a $1,000 cash reward for information leading to the arrest of a man suspected of robbing six banks--two in Roseville and four in the south Bay Area--between April 2 and June 22. Tipsters may also be eligible for a $10,000 reward from U.S. Bank for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect, or any other individual responsible for committing any bank robberies at any U.S. Bank branch.
Investigators believe the same individual committed the following robberies:
- April 2, Bank of the West in Milpitas
- April 13, Bank of America in an unincorporated area of San Jose
- May 7, US Bank inside a Safeway store in Fremont
- May 14, River City Bank inside a Bel Air store in Roseville
- May 18, Bank of America in San Jose
- June 22, US Bank inside a Safeway store in Roseville
The robber is described as a white male adult in his 30s or 40s, 6'0" tall with a medium build, with brown hair and a handlebar mustache. In three of the robberies, he was seen riding away on a mountain bike.
