Roseville firefighter paramedic Zachery Ford was recently honored for his outstanding achievements in Emergency Medical Services. He received the award from the California President of the Sons of the American Revolution at an awards luncheon in Sacramento.

Ford began his career with the Roseville Fire Department in 2006. He is currently assigned to Engine 4 in East Roseville. Zachery also serves as an instructor in pediatric advanced life support for the fire department.

On his days off Zachery works for the Sierra at Tahoe ski patrol. Zachery was honored as the national patroller of the year for the 2011-2012 season. Zachery is a great example of the dedicated men and women who proudly serve and protect the Roseville community each and every day.
