The City is currently experiencing outages and our online Utility Billing System is currently unavailable.

How to Pay your bill: Come to the Civic Center in person and pay by cash or check only. No credit cards at this time. Customer should have account number or bill coupon in order to make a payment. Please note we are unable to access our Utility Billing System to retrieve any account information. Payment by phone is currently unavailable.

Auto Pay: Auto pay is still functioning. If a payment is already scheduled it will continue to pay as normal. Please note that you can’t schedule a one-time payment at this time.

Delinquencies for Non-Payment: As a result of this outage, we will not be turning off power due to non-payment until the week of October 22. This applies to both commercial and residential, including water accounts.

Scheduled Services: Please contact our emergency line at (916) 878-0528 if you were scheduled for service and did not receive any.
