| | Capital Improvement Projects (CIP's)
|  The Capital Projects Section provides engineering design and construction management support for various utility improvements. Examples of these improvements include treatment plant process modifications, water production wells, pumping stations, storage tanks, and pipelines.
Capital projects are generally financed with public funds collected through water and wastewater connection fees. When available, state and federal grant programs are also significant sources of project funding. | | Capital Projects
