 The City of Roseville bills customers living or doing business within Roseville's city limits for electricity, water, sewer, refuse, and recycled water. Meter reading and billing functions are centralized in the utility billing / customer service division of the Finance Department, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville. Customers are billed monthly for utility services. For billing inquiries please call (916) 774-5300. Current rates can be accessed through the following links:
