Where do electronics go?
Our electronics recycler has discontinued service for e-waste drop off at the Utility Exploration Center, but you still have options to properly dispose of old electronics.  

Materials Recovery Facility (Placer County residents)
Placer County residents may bring e-waste to the Materials Recovery Facility to have it disposed of free of charge.

Hours & Locations 

Curbside Pickup (Roseville residents only)
The City of Roseville Environmental Utilities Department provides a free electronic waste pick-up service for Roseville residents. Eligible items include electronic waste such as televisions and computers. Residents may call to schedule a pick-up time. Pick-ups can occur as often as once a month.
