Recently you had cause to seek the help of the Roseville Fire Department. We sincerely hope that all is well with you and your family. We appreciate the support and input we
receive from the community we serve and ask that you would help us to serve you even better. In an effort to gauge and enhance the level of service provided to you, our customer, we have instituted a Customer Service Survey Program.
Responses to this survey are confidential. The firefighters who responded to your incident will not be made aware of your responses in any way. A team of employees will compile the responses and forward the findings to me. We ask that your responses be as fair and honest as possible.
