Housing Choice Voucher Audited Financial Data Schedule
Roseville Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program is audited as part of the City of Roseville's basic financial statements. Housing Authority Annual Budget
The Housing Authority is a separate legal entity however is considered a component unit of the City of Roseville since the City is financially accountable for its activities. The financial activities of the Housing Authority are included in the City's Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR); however, the Housing Authority produces its own separate annual budget which is taken to its governing body which is the City Council.

Roseville Housing Authority Annual Plan - DRAFT
The Roseville Housing Authority’s updated Annual Plan is available for public review and comment. The Plan is available for review at the Housing Authority’s office during the Housing Authority’s regular business hours (Monday: 9 a.m. to noon & 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.; Tuesday through Thursday: 9 a.m. to noon & 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and Friday: 8 a.m. to noon). The Housing Authority is located at 311 Vernon St., Roseville, CA 95678.
The comment period for the draft Plan will end Feb. 21, 2016. All written comments received after that date will not be considered.

The Public Hearing to adopt the Roseville Housing Authority Annual Plan will be held on the 16th day of March 2064, at 7 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard, in the Council Chambers of the City of Roseville Civic Center, 311 Vernon Street, Roseville, CA. All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard. Persons with disabilities who need arrangements to ensure meeting accessibility should notify the City Clerk’s Department at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting by calling (916) 774-5263 or through the TDD line at (916) 774-5220 (for hearing impaired).
If you challenge the decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues which you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Housing Authority prior to the public hearing.

The following forms can only be accepted for current Housing Choice Voucher family members in the Roseville Housing Authority’s jurisdiction.
Report changes form
Roseville Housing Authority’s policy for reporting changes:
- Participants of the Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance program must immediately report, in writing, any changes in income or assets, and if a family member no longer lives in the unit.
- Failure to report changes in writing within 15 days that result in the overpayment of the tenant's subsidy amounts will be owed by the tenant to the Roseville Housing Authority.
Changes must be REPORTED AND VERIFIED by the 20th of the month in order for a rent decrease to take place the following month. Failure to properly report changes will result in no change to tenant portion of the contract rent until properly verified.

- Documentation of change(s) being reported (ie: termination letter, notice of action, EDD check stub, etc.)
- Submittal of all forms needed to obtain 3rd party verification of change(s)
- Contacting your case manager to ensure that all required documents are provided
