About IM Customer Service Using Meebo

IM is an interactive information and research service.  Meebo does not require any special messaging software, but you will need the Flash player plugin for your browser.

We answer questions on a wide range of subjects.

The IM reference service is staffed by specially trained staff of the three Roseville Public Libraries.

IM is available during regular library hours.  Please note: IM service may be unavailable during periods of high library activity.  You may also e-mail a question to library@roseville.ca.us.  E-mail questions will be answered as quickly as possible.

IM is ideally suited to questions that can be answered using the Internet as well as general reference questions.  We can also check availability of library materials at your request.    Involved research questions might require that we take the information and contact you later.

For security reasons, we cannot disclose any personal account information or accept payment for overdue materials.  For these services, use eCommerce online payment, call (916) 774-5221 or visit your local library.

Library patron records are confidential.  We will not publish your personal information or provide it to other organizations per state and federal law.
