Library VolunTeens
News ImageTeens, volunteer for the library for the Summer! Get volunteer hours, learn valuable skills, help plan teen programs, be a member of our Teen Library Council, and make new friends. To participate complete the application, sign the agreement then take it to one of our three locations to get started.

Requirements:
- All teens must have a government issued ID (State ID card, Drivers license, passport...)
- All teens must be fingerprinted (no cost to you)
- Attend an orientation to the program on June 2nd 5:00 - 6:30pm at the Downtown Roseville Library (Just Added!)
- Teens must commit to volunteering for at least 10 hours during the Summer




Free eAudiobooks all Summer long!
News ImageSYNC is a free summer audiobook program for young adults. Starting May 7, 2015, SYNC will give away two complete audiobook downloads a week - a current young adult title along with a thematically paired classic or required summer reading title. Sign up for email or text alerts and be first to know when new titles are available to download here.


Teen Video Challenge
News ImageCreate a video promoting the Roseville Public Library, and you could win a backpack full of goodies, including a GoPro Hero! Your challenge is to create a 30 - 90 second video highlighting the Roseville Library and what it means to you.

  • Submit the video on Youtube.com following the submission process
  • The challenge begins May 1 and ends June 14
  • Open to teens living in and around Roseville, ages 13 - 18


    Like Totally 80's Retro Party
    News ImageAges 12-18

    Bring your "rad" friends and go back to the 80's with a party filled with music, crafts, food, a Mario themed obstacle course and fun. Totally cool prizes and activities are sure to be a part of this retro-fitted gathering. Part of the Library's Summer Reading Program, registration is not required.

    Summertime is Road Trip Time
    News ImageCure summertime boredom and get out of the house, while kickin’ it at some fun places! Work on your aim with laser tag and paintball, coast to our favorite surfing spot or burn rubber on the go kart tracks. Registration fee includes all field trips.
