Located at 110 Pacific Street, this brick building was built as a one
story in 1872 by Mr. Pratt. The Roseville Odd Fellows #203, Independent
Order of Odd Fellows instituted in 1872 and previously met upstairs the
JD Pratt Store and the Munson/Johnson Building until Mr. Pratt sold the
air space above the newly constructed IOOF building. The Odd Fellows
then constructed their building above his. This building is the oldest
commercial building in Roseville today.
