McRae Opera House (circa 1908)




Located at 108 Main Street, the building was completed in October of 1908.
The McRae building was the cultural center of the community, housing the
McRae Opera Hall, plays, dances, boxing matches and more on the second
level. From 1919-1924, the McRae building was home to Roseville's post office.
