Artwork from young artists ages 5-18 from the United Auburn Indian Community and the Sierra Native Alliance will be on display.
The United Auburn Indian Community School has a hands-on learning philosophy that helps teach children in pre-K through 6th grades key aspects of Indian culture and foster critical thinking to prepare tribal members to face future challenges. The Sierra Native Alliance offers a variety of culturally-based youth services including Indian Education, Youth Council/Leadership Group, and a Youth Mentoring/Advocacy Program.
