Let's Celebrate Independence Day!
Are you ready for the Independence Day Celebration in Downtown Roseville?!? We are starting with a fun run - think you can beat the Police Chief? Next, we are on to the parade down Vernon Street and ending at Royer Park. Don't leave Royer Park too soon or you will miss music by Capitol Pops, tasty food, bounce houses and games. End your day at the Placer County Fairgrounds with fireworks.
FUN RUN | CAN YOU BEAT THE CHIEF?
Police Chief Daniel Hahn is putting out the challenge again this year and inviting you to come try your best to beat him at the upcoming “Run Crime out of Roseville 5K Fun Run”! The run begins at 7:45am. Register at
The parade begins at 10:00am at the intersection of Riverside/Vernon/Douglas, continues along Vernon Street past the Civic Center, turns right on Lincoln Street before turning right again onto Park Drive. The parade ends at Royer Park.
ROYER PARK ACTIVITIES
Stay for the fun after the parade in Royer Park from 11:00am–2:00pm including food, games, and music by the Capitol Pops Concert Band starting at 12:00pm.
Join us at the Placer County Fairgrounds for fireworks. Gates open at 7:00pm, and the show begins at approximately 9:30pm. $5 fairgrounds parking fee.
No alcohol, glass containers, barbecues or personal fireworks permitted. Refreshments available for purchase at the fairgrounds.
