Public Notice: Proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise goal for Roseville Transit contracts

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the City of Roseville, (herein referred to as “City”) has established a Proposed Race-Neutral/Race-Conscious Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 3% for Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2018/2020. The City is projecting to meet 1.25% of the 3% goal with race-neutral measure and 1.75% of the goal with race-conscious measures. The DBE goal is applicable to FTA-assisted contracts scheduled to be solicited and awarded during the period of October 1, 2017 through September 30, 2020.
The City’s Proposed Overall Goal and its rationale (developed in response to DOT’s Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program Regulations published under Title 49 CFR Part 26 and U.S. DOT policy race neutral directives) is available for inspection and public review for thirty (30) days following the date of this Notice, on the City’s website.
The City will accept comments for thirty (30) days from the date of this Notice. Comments can be forwarded to:
