Thanksgiving Week Hours for Parks, Recreation & Libraries
News ImageSchools out Thanksgiving week which changes means expanded hours for the climbing wall at the Roseville Sports Center and recreational swim at Mike Shellito Indoor Pool on Monday - Wednesday and changes at all Parks, Recreation & Libraries locations for the remainder of the week.

Parks Doing Our Part During Drought
In 2007 the State of California's mandated reducing water usage by 20% before the year 2020. We have already met that goal. Now with the City's declaration of Drought Stage 2, which requires 20% reduction for households and a 30% reduction in irrigation for businesses, we continue to look for ways to be more efficient with our water resources in addition to the reductions that have already been achieved.

Parks Needs Assessment Complete
News ImageWe recently completed a Parks & Recreation Needs Assessment to help identify the current and future recreational needs of our residents through a scientific survey, stake holder input and a study of national and regional trends. City Council approved the Needs Assessment at the November 20 Council meeting.
