Making the registration process easy for you is why we offer five different registration methods. Choose the method that's easiest for you...

Online Registration - WebReg
Use WebReg, our online registration system for easy online access to our programs and classes. Prior to the first time you use WebReg, you'll need to call one of our customer service locations for your family pin and barcode numbers that get you access to our secure system.

Phone
Call us directly to talk with one of our friendly customer service representatives, see the Contact Us page for a list of locations and phone numbers.

Fax
Fax in your registration form to (916) 774-5999 or (916)774-5959, 24 hours per day. Don't forget to include your Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card number.

Walk-In
Come by and see us in person at one of our three customer service locations.

Mail
Mail your completed forms with a check or Visa/Mastercard or Discover card number to one of our customer service locations.

Registration Information
Classes may be cancelled due to lack of enrollment. Please make every effort to pre-register so a class will not be cancelled unnecessarily. Roseville residents pay a discounted fee. Residents must reside within the city limits of Roseville or own property within the city limits. If you do not pay your utility bill to the City of Roseville, you are not a City resident. If you own property here, but do not live here or you attend a 'resident-only' tryout or registration, you will be asked to provide verification. To show verification of residency, bring a picture ID and a City of Roseville utility bill, tax receipt or property deed to your tryout or registration.

Refund Policy
Full refunds will be given to cancellations received seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first class, unless otherwise noted in the program description. Failure to attend a program or 'no shows' will not be granted a refund. Trip refund requests must be made prior to individual trip registration deadline to ensure a full refund. After trip deadline, full refund will be granted only if space can be filled. If you are not satisfied with any of our programs, please contact the program supervisor. Written requests for refunds can be submitted via fax, walk-in or mail. Forms are available at all Parks, Recreation & Library offices.
