Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE)


As all federally-assisted projects require Race-Conscious provisions in conformance with Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations CFR Party 26 and California Department of Transportation Caltrans' March 4, 2009 directives, the City of Roseville will implement the following Race-Neutral measures in accordance with Title 49 CFR Part 26.51.

The overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise race-neutral goal is 6.7% for fiscal years 2015-2017.

Caltrans, through the California Construction Contracting Program (CCCP), is offering free training, counseling and resources to assist small businesses to be successful in bidding and winning Caltrans and local agency construction contracts.
