|  | Roseville's two newest permanent electronic Changeable Message Signs (CMS's) are now installed and the project is nearing completion. One sign is located on eastbound Baseline Road, just east of Fiddyment Road. The other sign is on southbound Foothills Boulevard just south of Vineyard Road. The signs are expected to be fully operational within the next few weeks.
