| | Extra Legal Load Permits
| You will need a permit to operate a vehicle with an extra legal load on the City portions of the roadways in Roseville. An extra legal load is defined in the California Vehicle Code Section 320.5 as: “…a single unit or an assembled item which, due to its design, cannot be reasonably reduced or dismantled in size or weight so that it can be legally transported as a load without a permit as required by Section 35780…”
Annual permits are $90.
Single permits are $16.
