ABSTRACT:
This feature class contains the boundaries of the sphere of influence for the City. A polygon feature in the data represents areas outside of Roseville's incorporated boundaries that are recognized by LAFCO as within the City's sphere of influence.

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this feature class is to help the City with general-purpose mapping and analysis.
