Time to get Running

People start running for a variety of reasons. Some run because they want to lose weight, improve their health or try something new. Whatever your reason is for running, you'll experience many physical, mental and emotional benefits from the sport. Let us help you make it to race day with one of two new training programs! At the end of the training period, classes culminates in running the Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning. (Class fee does not include race entry.)


Couch to 5k
Have you ever wanted to become a runner? Now’s your chance to go from the couch to running a 5k in a matter of weeks! With the coaching from our fitness instructor and experienced runner, Debbie Padilla, participants embark on a guided training schedule.

10k Training
Are you an experienced runner, but just need to push yourself a little more? Then this is the class for you! Join fitness instructor, and experienced runner, Lisa Snyder, as she guides participants through a fast paced 10k training program.
