The Permit Center is currently offering full in-person services by appointment only Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 am to noon and 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Visit the OPS Portal to apply for your permit or project online or visit the Permit Center to deliver your application packet on a CD/DVD or USB drive. All application packets (including plans, maps, and technical documents) must be submitted in digital format.
