ANNOUNCEMENT!  Our Permit Center will be undergoing a remodel as of March 3, 2025.  As a result, a Temporary Permit Center will be established within the building.  Please be sure to follow the signs located in the Civic Center lobby.  As we prepare, the Permit Center will be assisting customers on an appointment only basis as of Monday, February 24, and will be closed at noon on Friday, February 28.  Thank you for your patience.

The goal of the Building Inspection Division is to provide minimum standards to safeguard life or limb, health, property and public welfare by regulating and controlling the design, construction, quality of materials, use and occupancy, location, and maintenance of all buildings and structures, including certain equipment specifically regulated herein, within this jurisdiction.
