This field trip is most effective with parent support and engagement. We require a minimum of 5 parent chaperones, maximum of 15.

Add a library tour (30 min in length) *Roseville schools only. By adding a library tour enables you to bring 2 classes at the same time. Approval by library staff required which can lengthen confirmation time.

Grant Funding Request for Schools Located within Roseville City Limits

There are limited grant funds available for transportation for public and private schools located within the city limits of Roseville. If you wish to request grant funds, please check the box below. Funds are available on a first come first serve basis.

  2. We will ask you to confirm by email that you wish to reserve the proposed date and time.
  3. You will receive a reminder email two weeks prior to your field trip date.

 

Cancellation Policy:

There will be no charge if a cancellation occurs more than two weeks prior to the tour date. A charge of 25% of your total program fee will be billed to the school for cancellations occurring between two weeks and one day prior to the tour date. No shows on the day of the tour will result in a full charge for the program. For schools receiving grant funding, charges will be based on the cash value of the tour.
