The Roseville Risk Oversight Committee (ROC) is established by the Roseville City Council as a forum for discussion of the City’s risk and financial health prior to City Council discussions or approvals. The Risk Oversight Committee functions as an additional oversight in the City risk governance, allowing the Risk Oversight Committee to review and recommend items for City Council approval.
The ROC is chaired by the Electric Risk and Compliance Supervisor as a non-voting member and membership includes nine voting members:
- Two City Council Member(s)
- Two Roseville Public Utilities Commission Member(s)
- City Manager
- Assistant City Manager
- Chief Financial Officer
- City Attorney
- Electric Utility Director
The Roseville Electric Risk Oversight Committee held a public meeting Monday, October 21, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Hydro Conference Room located on the second floor of Roseville Electric’s building on 116 S Grant Street.
