Heat pump HVAC systems are an energy-efficient way to heat and cool your home all year round. They are similar to an air conditioner that also works in reverse to heat your home in the winter. Heat pumps work well in our Roseville climate, and they are a clean and efficient alternative to a gas furnace and electric air conditioner.

If you're a Roseville resident considering a Heat Pump HVAC system, apply for one of our rebates:

  • Electric to Electric $500/flat rebate
  • Gas to Electric $1000/flat rebate

To participate in Heat Pump HVAC rebates through Roseville Electric Utility, contractors must be on our approved contractors list.

Benefits

Save energy: The ability to heat and cool, combined with technological advances in variable speed capacity, make heat pumps an excellent option for consumers interested in energy efficiency.

Save money: With incentives available on heat pump systems, you save right from the start. When coupled with exceptional energy efficiency, heat pumps provide significant savings compared to other heating and cooling systems.

Health and safety: Heat pumps eliminate the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning that can occur with natural gas, propane, or heating oil use.

Environment: Propane, natural gas, or oil-powered heating systems emit substantial amounts of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere when used. Heat pumps significantly reduce harmful emissions and help protect our environment.
