What is the Roseville Junior Police Academy?
The Roseville Junior Police Academy (JPA) is an engaging five-day
program designed to give young participants a hands-on introduction to law
enforcement and the life of a police officer. Running daily from 8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m., the academy provides a unique opportunity for participants to challenge
themselves, develop new skills, build teamwork, and forge new relationships.
On the final day, family members will be invited to attend
the graduation ceremony, where they can see firsthand what the junior trainees
have learned throughout the week.
To participate in the Junior Police Academy, you will need
to submit an application, write a short essay, and submit one letter of
recommendation. This academy is limited to 20 junior trainees.
