The City of Roseville has an overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal of 0.02% for Federal Fiscal Year 2021/2023, applicable to Federal Transit Administration (FTA)-assisted contracts during the period of October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2023.
