The “Beautifying My Neighborhood” Paint Program provides
FREE exterior paint to eligible Roseville residents. Help beautify your neighborhood by putting a fresh coat of paint on your house!
Who is eligible?
If your gross annual household income is less than the amount listed below for your family size, you may be eligible for free paint. This program is available to owner-occupied and rental properties. Property owners and residents are encouraged to apply! (Certain restrictions apply)

How to Apply:
- Complete the Paint Program Application
- Provide copy of proof of income, i.e. paycheck stub, Social Security or pension award letter
- Copy of grant deed or title (Property Owner)
If home was constructed prior to 1978, fill out Lead Based Paint Application
If you do not own the home, the property owner must complete this form Paint Program Owner Release.
