The Power Partners program started in 2007. Program participants had a Comverge Technologies digital cycling unit installed on or near their air conditioning unit. The device temporarily cycled the air conditioner during times of electric grid strain, saving energy and reducing the likelihood of systemwide energy blackouts. All of the devices have been deactivated, they have not, and will not, interfere with your air conditioner.

This program is now closed and all participants received their final bill credit in August of 2023. If you have a Power Partners device and require assistance with it, please call 1-877-754-3566 and leave a voicemail with your name, address, and contact phone number. A representative from Franklin Energy will call you back to assist you.
