Boost Your Nutrition Workshop • Thursday, Mar 28 at 5:00pm

Hack your nutrition by learning how to add more nutrients to your everyday meals. We will also discuss nutrient dense snacks and how to plan out your day of eating. Meet in the activity room at Mahany Fitness Center. 

Tax your Muscles• Monday, April 15 at 5:00pm

What better way to relieve the stress of the tax season?! Meet at the Maidu Park Outdoor Fitness Court for a full body workout. Ages 14+. Please bring water and towel. 

May the 4th Be With You • Saturday, May 4 at 9:00am

Dress in your star wars attire for an out of this world Tai Chi session. Meet at Diamond Oaks park near the basketball court. Class is led by Jody Martin.

Mother's Day Spin & Yin • Friday, May 10 at 6:30pm

Grab your mom and join mother/daughter team Leslie and Kylie for a 90 minute Spin & Yin workout class! 45 mintues on the bike and 45 minutes on the mat; a perfect combination of low-impact high intensity cardio, followed by deep stretching and relaxation. Hurry and register on group ex pro. Spots limited to 18 people.

Grocery Store Tour at Nugget on Fairway • Thursday, May 23 at 6:00pm


Meet at the entrance to Nugget Market Grocery Store on Fairway Drive at 6:00pm. A Certified Nutrition Coach will help you with shopping tips and meal planning advice. Great grocery shopping strategies will help you with your nutrition success!
