The City of Roseville and Roseville Housing Authority, in coordination with the City of Rocklin, are conducting a survey to better understand the housing and service needs of the Roseville and Rocklin communities.  The results of this survey will help guide future use of City and federal grant funding for services, housing, and community programs and improvements.

Please take a few minutes to complete the brief survey. Surveys will be accepted through October 31, 2019.  All survey responses are anonymous.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND REQUEST FOR PUBLIC COMMENT FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 2018-2019 COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ANNUAL PERFORMANCE REPORT (CAPER)

The City of Roseville has prepared its 2018 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER).  The CAPER provides information regarding the City's expenditure of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds as well as an evaluation of the City's progress in carrying out priorities and specific objectives identified in the Strategic Plan and activities identified in the Action Plan.  The CAPER covers the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.  For more information and to see the draft CAPER, please click here.


Affordable Housing Opportunities


Roseville’s Housing Division strives to increase the City's affordable housing stock, including both affordable rental and affordable purchase units provided under the City’s inclusionary requirements and in city-partnered development.   • Campus Oaks- Phase 1 - Leasing May 2019
    This new apartment complex includes 42 affordable units and 144 market rate units located at 500 Roseville Parkway. Income restrictions apply and vary based on the individual apartment’s targeted income level. Please note: Campus Oaks Apartments currently has a waiting list of over 700 households, with a wait time estimated to exceed 18 months. For this reason, the waiting list is currently closed.   • Veranda at Stoneridge by Elliott Homes
    This is Affordable Purchase Housing that is currently accepting applications for affordable homes for middle income households. Applicant gross income must not exceed $83,600 per year for a 1-2 person household and $97,000 per year for a 3+ person household in order to qualify for the Affordable Purchase program. Affordable Housing Parcels for Future Development

The City of Roseville General Plan includes an affordable housing goal which requires 10% of all housing units developed to be affordable to households at very low, low and middle (moderate) income households.  A list of vacant parcels obligated for future affordable housing development is attached here.   • 2,867 affordable units developed in the Roseville Affordable Housing Program.
  • $5,979,207 deployed into Roseville last budget year through housing, low-income community investment and service programs.
  • 1,284 individuals assisted currently by the Roseville Housing Authority.
  • 1,559 individuals assisted last year by city-assisted housing and services programs.
