The City of Roseville has several traffic fee programs to mitigate the impact of development on the transportation system. The fees collected through the various fee programs, in addition to other funding sources, provides the necessary revenue for the construction of transportation facilities needed as a result of new development.
All new development projects within the City of Roseville are subject to the payment of traffic fees. These fees are based on the anticipated impact that the development will have on the transportation system and are collected prior to issuance of building permits.
