FAB Memberships & Drop-In
FAB programming is in full swing at the Maidu Community Center and the Mahany Fitness Center, offering a variety of programs at both locations. These programs are designed for anyone over the age of 50 to come and enjoy. Participation in activities require a FAB membership or paying the daily drop-in fee ($5).

Types of Activities
We offer a wide range of activities to FAB participants. A sampling of these activities include:
- Clubs: Genealogical Society and Color Therapy
- Active Programs: Maidu Singers, Wii Sports, Bocce Ball
- Support Groups: Parkinson's, Widowed Persons, Alzheimer's Caregivers, Bereaved Parents and Looking Forward (Low Vision & Blind)
- Variety of workshops and presentations from professional health and aging agencies
- Day Trips, Potlucks, Luncheons
- Bingo, Bunco, Knit & Crochet, Pinochle, Quilting, Mahjong, Movies, Hand & Foot, Canasta, and so much more!

- FAB Members: $135.00 Non-FAB Members: $145.00
- Join FAB as we celebrate the holidays with the Sacramento Choral Society & Orchestra. In the afternoon, we will travel to the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium and the show, Home for the Holidays, will start at 3:00pm. This radiant music for the holiday season includes: candlelit procession, audience singalong, new and familiar choral & orchestral holiday songs. Price includes admission tickets and transportation to and from the auditorium. Register for our SCSO trip online or at the front desk at the Maidu Community Center or the Mahany Fitness Center.

- Signing up is not required, but sign up sheets will be located at each FAB location to give coordinator and accurate headcount of attendance.
- FAB Membership will be checked upon entrance to the event.

Watercolor Painting
Mahany Fitness Center
- This senior-friendly adult class is ideal for people new to watercolor or for those who want to brush up on their previous skills and knowledge. No experience necessart. Fee includes all supplies (paint, paint brushes, etc.) and 2 hour instruction led by a professional artist. Painting theme changes monthly.
