Roseville’s Housing Division strives to increase the City's affordable housing stock, including both affordable rental and affordable purchase units provided under the City’s inclusionary requirements and in city-partnered development.   • Campus Oaks- Phase 1 - Coming in Fall of 2018
    This new apartment complex includes 42 affordable units and 144 market rate units located at 500 Roseville Parkway. Income restrictions apply and vary based on the individual apartment’s targeted income level.   • Mercy Housing - Coming in Fall of 2018
    Lohse Apartments by Mercy Housing are new affordable rental housing located in downtown Roseville at 623 Vernon Street. Income restrictions apply and vary based on the individual apartment’s targeted income level. Due to overwhelming response, the lottery has been postponed until Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 10 am.   • Veranda at Stoneridge by Elliott Homes
    This is Affordable Purchase Housing that is currently accepting applications for affordable homes for middle income households. Applicant gross income must not exceed $76,100 per year for a 1-2 person household and $88,300 per year for a 3+ person household in order to qualify for the Affordable Purchase program. The mission of the Roseville Housing Division is to serve the citizens of Roseville by

  • Revitalizing and maintaining neighborhoods.
  • Forming effective partnerships to maximize social and economic opportunities.

The mission shall be accomplished by a fiscally responsible, creative organization committed to excellence in public service.

Statistics:

  • 2,867 affordable units developed in the Roseville Affordable Housing Program.
  • $5,979,207 deployed into Roseville last budget year through housing, low-income community investment and service programs.
  • 1,284 individuals assisted currently by the Roseville Housing Authority.
  • 1,559 individuals assisted last year by city-assisted housing and services programs.
