Affordable Housing Opportunities

Roseville’s Housing Division strives to increase the City's affordable housing availability, including both affordable rental and affordable purchase units provided under the City’s inclusionary requirements and in city-partnered development.

  • Belle Maison by Lennar Homes  Each affordable home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 2 bay garage and has 1,438 sq ft of living space.  Fourteen homes will be sold to middle-income qualified households.  These homes are priced at $419,990.  For an application and more information, click here
  • Liberty Village by Taylor Morrison Homes
  • Each affordable home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 1 car garage and has 1,092 sq ft of living space.  Two low-income homes and 3 middle-income homes will be sold to income qualified households. These homes are priced at $350,000.  Community is no longer taking applications.

Affordable Housing Parcels for Future Development
The City of Roseville General Plan includes an affordable housing goal which requires 10% of all housing units developed to be affordable to households at very low, low and middle (moderate) income households.  A list of vacant parcels obligated for future affordable housing development is attached here. The mission of the Roseville Housing Division is to serve the citizens of Roseville by:
  • Providing affordable housing opportunities in a safe environment.
  • Revitalizing and maintaining neighborhoods.
  • Forming effective partnerships to maximize social and economic opportunities.

The mission shall be accomplished by a fiscally responsible, creative organization committed to excellence in public service.

Statistics:

  • 2,867 affordable units developed in the Roseville Affordable Housing Program.
  • $5,979,207 deployed into Roseville last budget year through housing, low-income community investment and service programs.
  • 1,284 individuals assisted currently by the Roseville Housing Authority.
  • 1,559 individuals assisted last year by city-assisted housing and services programs.
