About the Grant Program

Each year, Roseville’s Grants Advisory Commission and City Council consider and award competitive grants to serve our community.

The Citizens Benefit Fund was established as a trust in 1993 with the proceeds from the sale of the city-owned Roseville Hospital to Sutter Health. A portion of the interest earned each year by the trust is made available for grants with the purpose of improving the quality of life for the citizens of Roseville.

The Roseville Employees Annual Charitable Hearts Fund (R.E.A.C.H.) is created through the generosity of Roseville employees and retirees. These employee-donated funds are dispersed to local charitable organizations that serve youth, seniors and families in the area.
