This dog park includes two separate areas to exercise dogs off-leash, one for large dogs and one for small dogs. Each area has an agility play area, walking trail and benches.
Location: Located off of Pleasant Grove Blvd within Mahany Park
Hours: Park opens at sunrise and closes one hour after sunset. Park is closed every Tuesday from 6:00 am - 10:00 am for maintenance
Namesake: This park is named after Bear "Baron Von Der Kristin" who was the
Roseville Police Department's first K-9. Bear received numerous
commendations for his professionalism and heroism throughout his career,
which led the way for the K-9 program to expand to four dogs. Bear
dedicated six years of his life to serving the citizens of Roseville, longer than any other K-9 in Roseville.
