The total value of the taken items was $2,858.86. The suspects were in violation of 490.4(a)(1) PC, 487(a) PC, and 182(a)(1) PC. The suspects were later taken into custody by Folsom PD for a similar incident. |

The victim confronted the suspects as they were loading the motorized bicycle into the suspect's vehicle. The suspects physically assaulted the victim by punching the victim in the back of the head and hitting the victim with the back hatch of the suspect vehicle. The victim suffered visible injury as a result of the physical fight. |
