Maidu Park Trail

Phase 2 of Maidu Park trail resurfacing

Watch for work beginning November 4 and 5  on the second phase of Maidu Park trail resurfacing.

Trail construction along McLaren Drive, between Rocky Ridge and Thistle Down Drive, will take place 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. on weekdays. During resurfacing, this portion of the trail will be closed. The rest of the trail will remain open to the public. The project is estimated to last about two weeks.

Miner's Ravine Trail

Closure during Caltrans on-ramp construction


A portion of the Miner's Ravine Trail, between Harding Boulevard and Sculpture Park, will be closed through March 2022. Caltrans is constructing a new wider Atlantic Street on-ramp to Interstate 80 through late 2022. 

Closed areas is marked with signs and barricades. For your safety, do not enter the construction zone. Please use the bike and pedestrian detour shown, or choose an alternate route.
