Brief City network & phone system outage planned - June 11

Please plan ahead for a brief outage of the City network and phone system during the hours of approximately 7:45 - 11 p.m. on Tuesday, June 11 for a scheduled system upgrade.

911, emergency services and Police Department phone lines will not be impacted.

To report an electric outage, call (916) 79-POWER.

For urgent water and wastewater needs, contact (916) 223-7682.

During this time, the following City services may be unavailable:
  • Utility Customer Self-Service portal
  • City main and after-hours phone lines:
    • City Clerk's Office
    • Development Services
    • Affordable Housing
    • Human Resources
    • Fire Administration
    • Utility Billing
    • Parks, Recreation & Libraries facilities (Adventure Club, Mahany Fitness Center, Maidu Community Center, Maidu Museum & Historic Site, Mike Shellito Indoor Pool, Roseville Aquatics Complex and all Roseville library locations).
You can still report and track concerns on a wide range of local, non-emergency issues through myRSVL on your smartphone, tablet or computer. 
  • The myRSVL app is available on the Apple and Google Play stores. 
  • You can also reach myRSVL at Roseville.ca.us/myRSVL on any web browser, or
  • Text “hello” to 866-25-ROSIE to report issues or get answers to city questions from Rosie, the city’s chatbot. 
This outage has been scheduled for after normal business hours to minimize impacts. We thank you for your patience.
