The Roseville City Council established the Community Standards & Visioning Committee in June 2003 to provide policy guidance to the Council. The committee met 11 times from August 2003 through February 2004. Their final report and recommendations outlines the Committee’s work in reviewing key information on City operations, the community vision, fiscal strategies, priority placed on General Fund services and the resulting recommendations to the City Council. The Council and the community use the committee’s work to make decisions about the programs and levels of service the City should provide to the community to ensure we maintain the valued high quality of life within the City of Roseville.
