Roseville Electric Utility's New Solar Buy-Back Rate
With the recent proposed adjustments to the electric rates, Roseville Electric recently proposed an increase to the solar buy-back rates that align with the assessed value of power produced within our local power grid. This rate will apply to customers who are interconnected under the Roseville Solar 2.0 program. If you are unsure of your solar interconnection rate, you can contact our billing department at 916-774-5300.
To provide additional information and answer customer questions about this proposal, we hosted a virtual public workshop on Tuesday, April 16, 2024 at 6 p.m. The recording of that meeting is available via the link below. We also hosted an in-person public workshop on Monday, April 22, 2024 at 6 p.m. at the Roseville Electric Customer Service Center located at 116 S. Grant St.
