Electrical Panel Location Upgrade Information:
- Please allow up to 48 hours for Roseville Electric to review your application. Once our review is complete, you will receive a phone call or email to discuss next steps. Additionally, you will receive confirmation once the application has been approved and the City of Roseville Building Department has been notified.
- Once the Building Permit has been issued, please schedule an electrical disconnect by contacting Roseville Electric Dispatch at (916)774-5620. Please provide a 72-hour advance notice of when the panel replacement will occur.
- Please schedule your City of Roseville Building Inspection the same day as the electrical disconnect.
- Please be advised, the property owner is responsible for the conductors and conduits providing service to the electrical panel. In the event the panel is being upgraded to a larger size, the conduit and conductors may not meet Building Code and will need to be upgraded at the applicant's cost. (Roseville Electric does not install Secondary Conductors).
- If the applicant is installing a new meter for a Accessory Dwelling Unit a Roseville Electric Representative will contact the applicant to discuss options.
