Ages 7-12
Join us for a week-long camp about plants, animals, and the natural landscape of Roseville. Each new day you will meet friendly pollinators, paint with natural pigments, and even make your own toys and games out of things we find in nature! You’ll leave camp with an armful of crafts and a better understanding of the world around you.

Bring a snack, water, wear closed toed shoes and clothes you can get dirty in. Don’t forget a hat and sunscreen!

first hunterFirst Hunters Camp
Ages 8-13
In this week-long camp, and under the guidance of our highly trained staff, learn how to make your own your own spear-thrower and dart (spear) with stone tools and techniques that hunters have used for thousands of years! An overview of snares, traps and tracking methods will also be covered. At the end of the camp, use your new knowledge in a fun, friendly competition! Please note that creating these tools requires focus and manual dexterity, so participants should be ready for hands-on work. Wear closed toed shoes and clothes you can get dirty. Bring a hat, water, and a snack to class.

SSSurvival Strings
Ages 8-12
Unlock your child’s inner adventurer at Survival Strings! In this 5-day hands-on camp your student will learn the ropes of twisting plants into string and use ancient techniques to craft fishing gear, net backpacks, wrapped-handle walking sticks, and even build a survival shelter. Sign up before it’s too late—this camp is knot one to pass up! Bring a hat, water, and a snack to class.

Ages 8-12
Spend a week traveling back in time to create art. Make beads, ornaments, paint, brushes, toys and games using ancient techniques and
materials from the natural world.
