On April 21, 2024, at approximately 1745 hours, the victim placed two bags of merchandise onto the rear driver-side floorboard inside the vehicle. The victim left the vehicle unlocked and unattended while going to another nearby store. At approximately 1825 hours, the victim returned to the vehicle and discovered that the two bags of merchandise had been stolen. There was nothing else stolen, no damage to the vehicle, and nothing left behind by the suspect. The total value of the merchandise stolen was $436.05. |

The victim went outside of the residence and down the street near the intersection of Miners Ravine Dr and Summer Breeze Court to check the cluster box for mail on 04/22/2024 in the morning. The victim opened her mailbox and did not see any mail inside even though she was expecting several items, including a renewed Lowe's credit card. As head of the neighborhood watch organization, the victim began receiving emails from neighbors regarding empty mailboxes. On 04/23/2024 at approximately 1340 hours, the victim received an email from Lowe’s regarding the new credit card’s activation. Between approximately 1340 hours and 1454 hours, the victim received additional emails from Lowe’s regarding the credit card’s use for four separate purchases between $600-800 dollars that had been flagged for fraud and declined. |

The victim stated at 1727 hours, an unknown white female adult suspect wearing a mask, pulled in front of house in a white or gold colored SUV, exited, and walked up to the porch where multiple Amazon boxes were recently placed by the delivery driver. The suspect took all of the boxes and brought them back to her car. She dropped one of the boxes on the way to her car, but went back for it, before driving off in the vehicle. The victim watched this occur on video doorbell, stating that the packages were dropped off by Amazon at 1704 hours, and the suspect stole them at 1727 hours. The victim stated the total value of the stolen property was about $500. |

The victim stated on 4/12/2024 at approx. 1330 hours he had his wallet on him when he parked his vehicle where he works out, walked into the gym, and proceeded to the locker room to change. At approx. 1420 hours the victim changed back into casual clothes in the locker room and discovered the wallet missing. The victim believes it could have been dropped on the way into the gym, and someone must have picked it up. Shortly after, the victim discovered a charge of $1200 at the hardware store on a missing card and believes the charge occurred between 1340 hours and 1440 hours. Shortly after the victim was alerted of a second pending charge of $300 at another location, and canceled his credit and debit cards. |

The victim has an ex-girlfriend who he believes has used his credit card without his permission. In reviewing bank statements for credit cards, the victim noticed two payments to a cell phone company that were not for his expenses. The victim called the phone company and determined his ex-girlfriend must have retained the credit card numbers from when they were dating. The victim has since locked that card number. |

On 04/28/24, two unknown suspects forced entry into an unoccupied residence, took a set of keys, and stole the vehicle that was parked in the driveway. Neighbors saw the suspects enter the property and called the police. The property owner was contacted by phone and confirmed no one had permission to be on the property or to take the vehicle. |

On 04-29-2024 a male subject was located on the property and did not have permission to be there. The owner of the property was deceased and neighbors had been reporting activity at the residence. The suspect said he had a contract to be on the property and had been working on the residence since the week prior. He was wearing gloves and had had a screwdriver. The suspect was unable to provide a contract or name of anyone who had permitted him to be on the property. The acting agent for the property did not know the suspect and had not authorized any work at the residence. The suspect appeared to be attempting to enter the various structures at the residence. |

The victim stated on 04/30/2024 at approximately 1400 hours, they went to a store to pick up an order. As the victim pulled into the parking space and got out of the vehicle, they placed the cell phone on the roof of the vehicle and then left the cell phone on top of the vehicle while picking up the order. When the victim arrived back at the vehicle, they noticed the cell phone was no longer there. They had been gone for approximately 20 minutes and did not see anyone take the phone. |

The victim said on 04-22-2024 at approx. 1100 hours, they received a phone call from someone identifying as a Chase Bank Fraud Department Representative. They were told there were several fraudulent charges, including a $900 fraudulent charge to American Airlines in Michigan. The victim was instructed to provide the following personal information to fix the fraudulent activity: Information about previously owned cars, mother’s maiden name, current and prior addresses, picture of California Driver’s License, passwords to his online bank and credit accounts, and Social Security number. After providing the information they were told to stay on the phone and to download two applications “Anydesk” and “Worldremit” onto the phone to fix each account. “Anydesk” is a remote access application that allows the user to access a device remotely from another access point. “Worldremit” is an application that assists with the transfer of money internationally. The victim then lost control of the phone but was told that they would receive a call the next day, and each day after, to fix each account. The victim then realized this was illegitimate, so he called his banks and credit companies. There were multiple fraudulent charges on his account including the initial $900 fraudulent charge. |

On 4/25/2024 at about 0655 hours, the victim walked out to the vehicle and discovered all four tires were gone. The vehicle was resting on cement chunks which caused damage to the bottom panels. The bolts that had previously been attached to tires were lying on the ground near the cement chunks. No entry appeared to have been made into the vehicle and nothing else appeared to be missing. |

On 04/30/2024 at approximately 1911 hours, the victim stated their vehicle was stolen. The vehicle’s keys had an Apple Airtag on them, and the keys along with purse and wallet were left in the vehicle. The vehicle was tracked and officers located the vehicle unoccupied. The victim also had multiple charges to credit cards that were not theirs. Based on store information, two males matching the description were seen leaving the area where the stolen vehicle was located in a car that could be identified. After locating and stopping the car, a credit card was found with the victim's name on it. |

The victim stated on 4/20/2024 she received three emails from Experian Alerts indicating her Social Security number was breached through AT&T. The victim advised she was not currently an AT&T customer. On 4/22/2024 the victim said she received two emails from Chase Credit also alerting her about her Social Security being used but did not authorize anyone to use her Social Security number. |
