Due to other vehicles in the parking lot, the slashing could not be observed directly; however, after the second tire was slashed the Suspect sprinted back to his vehicle. The victim performed a sequential photo lineup and positively identified the suspect. The suspect was contacted at his residence where he admitted to having been in a road rage incident with the victim and was booked for vandalism. |
