Victim had just finished shopping in the Galleria Mall. She walked outside to her vehicle with her toddler child. She opened the trunk of her vehicle, placed her purse in the open trunk, and then placed the stroller inside the trunk. She then began loading her child into its car seat. While she did so, she looked up and saw a subject reaching into her trunk. She walked around to the back of her vehicle again, and saw that the subject had stolen her purse. The subject got into a waiting silver vehicle and fled at a high rate of speed out of the Galleria parking lot. |

Victim received a phone call from someone representing themselves with “Lending Club." Victim was told they were approved for a $5,000 loan and to provide banking information so Victim could be sent $480 to check their system. Victim provided requestor with bank information, as instructed and was told $480 was deposited into the account via check. Victim was then sent a barcode via text message and advised to go to Walmart and have the barcode scanned by customer service to load the $480 onto it, which was completed. Over the course of several days, Victim completed the above sequence several more times, as instructed. Victim later found out that checks deposited into the account bounced, leaving account at a loss of $3,000. |

Victim was contacted by an unknown subject via phone. The victim (92-year-old female) followed instructions to meet with another unknown subject at her local bank in order to withdrawal $15,000, explaining they were investigating some type of breach. Victim was advised not to inform anyone else of the information she had received. The victim was only able to withdrawal $5000. The unknown suspect and victim then traveled together to a Bitcoin ATM where the victim deposited $1000. |

At about 0700 hours, Victim came outside to vehicle and noticed that the trunk and the center console were open and noticed there were several items in the vehicle that had been moved. Several items were stolen from the vehicle, including a black gym bag containing several clothing items and gym equipment. The bag also contained a bottle of prescription pain medication. A garage door opener was stolen along with an old wallet that contained several old credit cards inside. Victim did not notice any signs of forced entry. Victim had a video surveillance camera and recorded shadows and sounds of car doors opening/closing at about 0158 hours. |

At Elko Court, the suspect(s) broke down the side garage door and gained entry into the house. They opened the garage door and appeared to have backed a truck into the garage itself. They then removed two gas ranges, and a microwave. In total, Victim reported that $2,150 worth of missing appliances, and approximately $370 worth of damaged property. |
