West Roseville, with down payment assistance through the City of
Roseville. A total of 4 middle income homes will be sold to income
qualified households. Each affordable home has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a
2 bay garage and 1,438 sq. ft. of living space.
All completed applications must be submitted to Lennar at [email protected] to be considered for the affordable homes.
Prospective
purchasers who are veterans or live &/or work in the City of
Roseville will have preference and will be contacted by the Lennar sales
team based on the date of application submitted.
Down payment assistance is available through the City of Roseville and further lending qualifications apply.
