Costco Wholesale has submitted building permits for a new store, gas station and car wash at 5200 Baseline Road.
Costco will be the first phase of the larger Baseline Marketplace development at the Baseline Road and Fiddyment Road. The 81-acre retail development will include approximately 750,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space.
Costco intends to start offsite improvements in fall 2023. Construction on the store is anticipated in 2024, as soon as weather allows. The store is estimated to open sometime in 2025.
